The Management of Instalaciones Madrileñas SECIS S.L., is committed to Energy Management as an integral part of its Management System, which applies to all areas of its activity.

Recognizes that the responsibilities are incumbent on the entire organization at different hierarchical levels and assumes the commitment to promote, develop, implement and maintain best practices in Energy Management.

To this end, it defines an Energy Management System that covers the requirements of the ISO 50001:2018 standard, through which the Management is committed to:

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and other requirements related to energy management (efficiency, use and consumption).
• Maintain an Energy Management System, through the corresponding procedures and instructions, providing the necessary resources for its integration into the company's activities as a whole.
• Set objectives and plans for improving energy efficiency and performance, monitoring them and providing the necessary resources to achieve them.
• Establish the necessary mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement of the Energy Management System, incorporating energy performance improvement in all activities, including design.
• Promote and prioritize the acquisition of products and services that improve energy efficiency, as well as the use of renewable sources for energy supply.
• Promote, develop, implement and maintain best practices in energy management in order to reduce and optimize energy consumption.
• Communicate internally and give visibility to this policy, making it available to interested parties upon request.
• Promote the awareness and commitment of employees, suppliers and customers to improve energy efficiency.

This policy is the reference framework used by management to set annual energy management objectives. It is reviewed periodically to maintain its adequacy and validity and to ensure continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Energy Management System.
